No Agile ceremony

There is no sprint, no estimation and no ceremony here. An idea becomes a stream or a card; a card is claimed in order, not pointed.

Triage: a stream, or a card

An idea starts open — a title and a short narrative, not yet scoped. Triage is the one decision it waits for: promoted into a value stream when it is big enough to need one (that call starts the stream’s own plan from the idea’s own narrative), or promoted straight into a card — small work that does not warrant a stream — when it is not. An idea is never built directly; it is always promoted first, or dropped.

Priority without a point

A backlog is an ordered queue, not a sum of estimates. Moving a card to the top — or after any other card — is the whole act of re-prioritizing it, and claiming the next one takes the top of Ready that nothing still blocks. There is no points column to keep in step with the order, because the order is the priority.
